Performance Characteristics

1. Bag structure:
According to the buyer's requirements, this machine can produce 2-in-1 PP woven bags; Three in one PVC paper plastic bag; (Additional 1 layer of inner lining film or 1 layer of inner lining paper)

2. Bag type: (flat mouth packaging bag)
Folded and non folded paper plastic bags, PP composite bags, BOPP color film bags, etc,

3.This machine is used to stack the substrate, inner lining paper or film before forming a tube, and the following functions are selected:
(1) Equipped with PVC bag M edge positioning and four corner adhesive function (hot melt adhesive),

(2) Equipped with 1 layer of inner lining paper or film for horizontal positioning and dispensing at the mouth (hot melt adhesive);
(3) To adapt to the timely exhaust of packaging materials during filling, this machine is equipped with a continuous piercing or positioning piercing device before forming a cylinder;
(4) The middle seam adhesive adopts advanced online nozzle device, and this product has the following advantages:
A online fixed length and quantitative control to solve the shortcomings of traditional wheeled wire glue;
B glue adopts ordinary water glue without increasing cost;
C can be adjusted online for easy operation.
