Customer Inspection Machine standard Details
1. Dry running test: Run at 300m/min for 60min and 350m/min for 30min. The machine should run smoothly without abnormal noise and heating of components. (testing without raw material on machine)

2. The operation and execution mechanism of the whole machine should be flexible and reliable, without jamming, vibration and abnormal movement.

3. The lubrication system of the whole machine should be unobstructed and without leakage.

4. The guide roller of the whole machine should rotate flexibly. The radial runout is not more than 0.05mm, the cylindricity is not more than 0.02mm, and the dynamic balance accuracy is not more than two thousandths.

5. The rotating parts of the whole machine are equipped with safety protection devices to ensure safety.

6. The appearance of the whole machine should be free of material defects, and the paint layer should be smooth and even.

7. Feeding test: Feeding and feeding are stable, and the tension fluctuation is not more than ±0.3kg under steady-speed working conditions.
