Audited Supplier The JD-FE105-900 plastic single extrusion double-sided laminating film unit is designed with a single main machine, dual film heads, and a four-composite roller structure. It uses polyethylene or polypropylene as raw materials and completes the double-sided laminating film process with extrusion molding and circular woven plastic fabric in one production flow. It is particularly suitable for producing single-sided or double-sided laminated plastic woven bags using plastic woven cylindrical bags as the base material and BOPP colored film through extrusion composite. Compared to a single main machine and single mold head plastic laminating film unit, this unit completes the double-sided laminating of the base material in one production flow, which improves production efficiency, reduces energy consumption, saves costs, and ensures high product quality stability.
The control system of this equipment is independently designed and uses Siemens control system. It features automatic tension adjustment, synchronized operation speed, and automatic tracking of double-sided colored film alignment.

Double sided color film automatic tracking and alignment conditions:
The composite two sided BOPP color film pattern must be printed with a color code for photoelectric detection. The length error of each printed pattern on each side of the BOPP color film (calculated based on the plate length of 780mm) is less than ± 0.2mm, and the laminating machine ensures that the alignment error of the double-sided BOPP color film is less than ± 5mm.
