Product Description

JD-RZD1400 type cylinder bag making machine is a specialized equipment that combines single-layer PVC bags, BOPP bags, PP bags, PE inner lining film, and paper inner lining as the substrate, and forms a cylinder through mechanisms such as release, puncture, dispensing, and molding. After hot melting of thermoplastic seam material, it is directly glued and pressed to form a cylindrical bag body, which is then continuously rolled or cut, counted, and stacked into one.

This bag making unit can produce PVC bags with folded edges or without folded edges, PP composite bags, BOPP color film bags, etc.

The entire process flow of this unit is equipped with advanced electrical systems and mechanical devices. The substrate is continuously completed from roll material to bag making in a single process. The bag making process is advanced, the equipment structure is reasonable, the cylinder bag is beautiful, and the operation is simple and efficient. It is an ideal equipment for various types of packaging bags produced by domestic and foreign bag making enterprises.

(2) Equipped with 1 layer of inner lining paper or film for horizontal positioning and dispensing at the mouth (hot melt adhesive);
(3) To adapt to the timely exhaust of packaging materials during filling, this machine is equipped with a continuous piercing or positioning piercing device before forming a cylinder;
(4) The middle seam adhesive adopts advanced online nozzle device, and this product has the following advantages:
A online fixed length and quantitative control to solve the shortcomings of traditional wheeled wire glue;
B glue adopts ordinary water glue without increasing cost;
C can be adjusted online for easy operation.
