- Firm adhesion, no obvious peeling. When using coating materials of the same variety as the plastic woven fabric, the adhesion peel strength should not be less than 3N/30mm width. (National Standard GB8947-88)
- The coating should cover the width of the base fabric without obvious horizontal lines or missed coating. The coating edge width should not exceed 5mm.
- The coating should have a uniform thickness, consistent color, and no bubbles, black spots, streaks, or hard lumps.
- Smooth and neat winding, with a deviation of ±5mm on the end face, and consistent tension.
- The surface should be clean and free from any foreign matter.
