The JD-LM105-1500 plastic extrusion film laminating unit uses polyethylene or polypropylene as raw materials. After being melted and extruded, it is combined with various packaging (decorative) materials such as plastic woven fabric, cylindrical fabric, cloth, paper, and other substrates for single-sided or double-sided lamination, as well as lamination with multiple substrates. This process improves the tensile strength, air tightness, and moisture resistance of the packaging materials. It is widely used in the packaging, storage, and transportation of products in industries such as fertilizers, cement, metallurgy, and minerals.
The entire process of this unit, from substrate feeding to lamination and winding, is equipped with an advanced control system. The control system uses synchronizers and frequency converters, allowing independent or synchronized speed control of the extruder and laminator. The transverse extruder adopts automatic temperature control, pneumatic feeding, frequency conversion speed regulation, and quick screen changer. It also uses an adjustable die head for uniform film output and convenient adjustment. The automatic deviation correction device guides and corrects the substrate, while the tension control adopts magnetic powder control, providing convenient adjustment and stable and reliable tension. Before lamination, the substrate is preheated and dried using a preheating roller. The large cooling roller for film lamination adopts a double-layer water cooling structure, ensuring good cooling effect and firm lamination. It is equipped with adjustable edge trimming and edge blowing devices, ensuring smooth and reliable winding. The unit is also equipped with a product length counter and semi-automatic roll changing device. The engagement of each roller is controlled pneumatically.

1) Composite Line Speed: 20-150m/min

3) Trial Machine Acceptance Period: The entire machine should run continuously for eight hours (under normal operation)
(2) Composite Quality Requirements:
1) Firm adhesion, no obvious peeling. When using coating materials of the same variety as the plastic woven fabric, the adhesion peel strength should not be less than 3N/30mm width. (National Standard GB8947-88)
2) The coating should cover the width of the base fabric without obvious horizontal lines or missed coating. The coating edge width should not exceed 5mm.
3) The coating should have a uniform thickness, consistent color, and no bubbles, black spots, streaks, or hard lumps.
4) Smooth and neat winding, with a deviation of ±5mm on the end face, and consistent tension.
5) The surface should be clean and free from any foreign matter."
